Kartiningsih is an experienced helper for a total of 9 years and 6 months. She worked for a Chinese Employer in Taiwan for 2 years and two different Singaporean Chinese families in Singapore for 5 years and 2 years and half months. She did general housework, child care, infant care, elderly care, and cooking. She took care of children aged 2, 3, 7 and young adults aged & . She took care of a new born baby until turned 5 years of age. She prepared infant formula, changed diapers, sent and fetched her to school when she started in schooling, bathed her, and put her to sleep. And an elderly aged , she bathed him, moved him to bed and wheelchair, changed his diapers and fed him. Kartiningsih loves children a lot and is very dedicated to her work, she knows how to manage them and can work independently, just like her previous employer for 5 years. Despite how busy her employers were, she carries the children anywhere she goes. She also manages her time in cleaning and even prepares a schedule by herself on what meals she needs to prepare.

Moreover, Kartiningsih is a hardworking, patient, kind, friendly and jolly person and she understands that following the instructions of the employer must be priorities. She can speak English and knows Chinese Mandarin very well . She also has the experienced in taking care of dogs (small & big dog). She bathed them, cleaned up, walked them and fed.
