Hi, this is Megan here and I will attend to your request personally.
Normally, helpers are pre-interviewed and pre-selected by me. I always respect employers' careful consideration and have valuable discussion with family members concern before engaging us for the suitable MDW migrant domestic helper.
We do provide a reasonable agency fee according to market rate and offer low replacement charges.
I believe the choice helper can handle your general household chores daily and she is able assist to take care of your household independently.
* Please be informed that from 1 January 2023, all employers must ensure their MDWs must have at least one rest day each month that cannot be compensated away. According to the Manpower Ministry, "Your MDW is entitled to one rest day per week. You and your MDW must mutually agree on which day of the week she should take the rest day.
As an employer, you are responsible for your MDW’s medical needs. You must bear the full cost of any medical care, including hospitalisation, and provide her with medical and personal accident insurance.
As an employer, we are responsible for the health and well-being of our migrant domestic worker (MDW). We must provide her rest days, proper accommodation, adequate medical care and safe work conditions as per MOM's guide.
