Ah Kong, who had suffered a stroke, needed more attention and assistance, while Ah Ma remained mobile but still required help with certain tasks. Nur's main responsibility was to care for both of them, ensuring their daily needs were met.

Nur would assist Ah Kong with tasks that were difficult for him such as moving around, sitting up, and performing basic hygiene. She helped him with getting out of bed and changing his clothes.
