Sumithra is currently working in a
nearby rice paddy together with her spouse. Every Morning she wakes up at 5. 30am to prepare breakfast for
her kids and spouse to bring to school and work. Before preparing the food, she sweeps and mops her house
and does the prayers daily. She is able to tie flowers for prayers and as well as draw Kolam.

Employment: Sumithra has only 6 months of working experience in Singapore. During her first employment in
20/10/2024 She working for an Indian Family. Thereafter she was transferred to another Indian family to care for 2 elderly with medical conditions. She
wasn’t able to sustain has the employer’s daughter wanted to return back to her home town in Malaysia.

EA Assessment: During my interview with Sumithra, she sounded very cheerful and has a willing to learn
attitude. She wants to work in Singapore and complete her contract, and she is willing to extend further if
needed. She loves children and can care for newborn onwards. She has gained some experience working and
looking after Elderly. Sumithra said she is willing to take care for Elderly with Chronic illness and mobility issues
She promises to give her best.
