She is able to cook both Malay and Indonesian dishes.

Her main responsibility was to care for Ahma, who had non-aggressive dementia and required close attention to prevent falls.
Ahma would typically wake up 2–3 times during the night, and the helper had to assist her.

She ensured Ahma took her medication and vitamins on time, accompanied her on daily 1-hour walks, and provided regular massage when needed.

In addition, she handled daily household chores, laundry, ironing, and cooking.

She takes pride in the fact that under her care, Ahma was never hospitalised throughout the 8 years — only attending regular polyclinic and hospital appointments.
