We understand that the purpose of employing a domestic helper is to let you have peace of mind when you are not at home. With this in mind, we focus on two elements in our recommendation of helpers ie. attitude and training.
Why us?
Our strength is that we have our own training centre located in central Yangon. Most of our candidates are carefully screened, selected, and trained by an ex-helper who herself has worked in Singapore with a SINGLE employer for 9 years.
We do our due diligence on the profile of the candidates and assess the personality of the helper in our own recruitment. Only when we are satisfied with their purpose of coming to Singapore, we will then put them through our in-house training. The helpers will have to stay in our dormitory provided so that they will learn to live away from home and not get homesick when they arrive in Singapore.
Our training emphasizes character-building and communication. We want the helper to build the right attitude for work and also to be open to communicating with their employer.
At HURE Management, we do not see ourselves as just an employment agency. We define our role as a facilitator between our interested party of employer and FDW. We are here not just to help the employer get a good helper. We also want the helper to get a good employer that can allow them to earn a good living for themselves and their family.
For the employer, we want them to come to us with a problem and leave our office with a solution. For the helper, we want them to come to Singapore with hopes and leave here with dreams fulfilled
