She is a high school graduate (SMA) and communicates in fair English, both spoken and written.

Diana brings extensive hands-on experience in eldercare, particularly for individuals with complex medical needs. She previously cared for an immobile Ah Mah who had suffered a stroke and was diabetic. Her responsibilities included:
- Tube feeding and insulin administration
- Monitoring blood sugar and blood pressure levels
- Changing catheter drainage bags
- Lifting and transferring for showering and toileting

She also cared for another elderly Ah Mah with dementia, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and partial hearing loss. Her duties included daily feeding, bathing, and sleep routines, preparing nutritious meals, engaging in developmental play, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. She managed twin schedules with patience and attentiveness, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and a deep understanding of early childhood care.

She enjoys cooking and is skilled in preparing both Chinese and Indonesian dishes. Her repertoire includes black sauce pork, char siew, pork rib soup, herbal soup, rendang, curry chicken, satay, fried noodles, fried rice, fried chicken and fish, porridge, steamed fish, and steamed eggs. She is confident in handling a variety of ingredients and flavors and can adapt her cooking to suit household preferences. She is ready and willing to come to Singapore to begin work as soon as she is selected.
