She has worked for four families of different nationalities in Singapore, specializing in childcare. She is able to converse confidently in English and can read and write simple sentences.

 

2016-2018 (2 years, Chinese family of 4): Sir, Ma’am, and two girls aged 13 and 10. She also cleaned a 3-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 4 toilets, handled cooking, and general housekeeping.

 

2019-2025 (6 years, Indian expatriate family of 4): Sir, Ma’am, and two children aged 7 (boy) and 5 (girl). She prepared them for school, took public buses with them, and managed after-school care including showering, meals, tuition, and playground activities. She cleaned a condominium with 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets, cooked, and did marketing.

 

2025 (7 months, Chinese/British family of 4): Sir, Ma’am, and two boys aged 8 and 10. She cleaned a 4-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 4 toilets, cooked, and did marketing.

 

2026 (2 months, Australian family of 3): Sir, Ma’am, and a 2-year-son. She prepared the boy for school, accompanied him to the playground after school, served meals, and assisted with showering. She cleaned a condominium with 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets, managed housekeeping, and assisted Ma’am with cooking. She has cooked for both children and adults, adjusting flavors and nutrition to suit different needs. Her dishes include chicken curry, balado egg, fish soup, fried rice, pasta, spaghetti, beef steak, ayam penyet, steam fish, and assam prawn. Her international experience has given her versatility in catering to diverse palates.

 

Sumiyati is ready to return to Singapore to continue working, with a strong focus on childcare and household management. She is motivated to earn money to support her teenage daughter’s education and future, and is committed to providing reliable, responsible, and caring service to her next employer.
