Her main responsibilities included eldercare and childcare. She assisted Ah Ma, who was wheelchair-bound and unable to walk, with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, changing clothes, administering medication as instructed, accompanying her for hospital appointments, and taking her for exercises. She also cared for the children by supervising their daily routines, meals, and general well-being. She assisted with household chores, childcare, and gardening duties such as watering plants. She worked alongside another helper.

She can cook Myanmar food and Chinese dishes like porridge, fried vegetables, fried noodles, ABC soup, fried chicken, fried fish, chicken curry, steamed chicken, and pork curry.

She can speak simple English and she is not afraid of dogs.

She is willing to care for elderly, children, babies, and persons with disabilities.
