OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Service ExcellenceExcellence is our cornerstone. We strive to serve you to the best of our abilities, consistently delivering the best possible experience for all.
Empathy and RespectWe treat yours and our helpers’ needs as our own, with empathy and respect.
Understanding Your NeedsWe endeavour to understand your needs, and your helper’s needs, in order to connect you with helpers who can best help you at home.
Personalised MatchingWe personally screen and interview all our candidates to connect the most suitable helper to you.
IntegrityWe adhere to all rules, regulations and professional codes of conduct laid down by the Ministry of Manpower and the Association of Employment Agency of Singapore.
Empowering Your HelpersWe offer free classes and workshops for your domestic helpers to equip and empower them with superior skills and infuse them with positive motivation to be better and happier helping hands in your home.
OUR COMMUNITY PROGRAM
Hope and DignityWe believe that foreign domestic helpers are, first and foremost, people loved by God and made in the image of God. Our company logo shows the face of the helper tilted up, reflecting hope; her chest is extended outwards, reflecting dignity.
EMPOWER Community ProgramThis is why we have created the EMPOWER community program, featuring a series of classes and workshops created to up-skill your helpers as well as to provide them with opportunities to explore potential new passions and recreation outside of work. We hope to increase their sense of worth and hope for the future, and at the same time enhance their value to you, their employer.
Social IntegrationBy creating a space for social interaction and integration, we hope to foster a close-knit community where your helpers can find emotional support from their own countrymen and feel a greater sense of belonging in Singapore. We hope to make Singapore a choice nation for foreign domestic helpers to work in and to extend their employment stint.
Vocational & Recreational ClassesWe are starting our community program with cooking and baking classes. In time to come, as more volunteers come forward, we hope to be able to offer other vocational and recreational workshops in areas such as nursing, elder care, infant care, dancing, singing, musical instruments, calligraphy and so on as well. To check out our workshops, please click on this link.
Heart of Volunteers
The core success of our community program is attributed to our volunteers who are proficient in their skills and have a heart to transfer these skills to other helpers.
Free of Charge All classes and workshops for the foreign domestic helpers will be free of charge for them and their employers. So come join us for an awesome time of learning and complimentary refreshments as well!
