She is a graduate and is currently attending a Caregiver course. She is able to converse in simple English.

She has been employed with a Chinese family of four since June 2023 and has remained with them for nearly three years. When she joined, the household had one newborn; today she cares for two children, now a three-year‑old and a six-month‑old. Her responsibilities have evolved alongside the children's growth. With the arrival of the second child, she shifted focus to infant care, handling feeding, burping, hygiene, and sleep routines while continuing to support the toddler’s needs. Beyond childcare, she prepares simple Chinese dishes for the family like steam fish, steam eggs, fried chicken, curries, pork rib soup, braised pork, porridge, suitable for the whole family. At the same time, she maintains the household, keeping a three-bedroom, two-toilet HDB flat clean and organized and also washed the family car. She has learned essential skills in supporting seniors with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional companionship.

She is ready to begin another chapter in her career, bringing together her hands-on childcare and household experience with newly acquired caregiving expertise. With her dedication, adaptability, and commitment to care, Wai Oo looks forward to contributing positively to her next employer’s household and to the well-being of those entrusted to her care.
