She is able to converse in simple basic English, which allows her to communicate in everyday situations and follow instructions.

She has undergone training at a training centre, where she was guided in multiple areas of domestic and caregiving work. Her training covered spoken English for practical communication, cooking Chinese food with proper kitchen hygiene, and childcare and infant care skills such as feeding, bathing, and safe handling. She also trained in elderly care, learning how to assist seniors with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and companionship. In addition, she gained experience in household management, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a well-organized home environment. Beyond formal training, she has hands-on experience cleaning her own home and cooking for her family, which further strengthens her practical skills and reliability in daily household duties.
