In her elderly care experience, she has looked after two Ah Mahs with diabetes and other medical conditions, providing close attention to diet, medication reminders, hygiene, and companionship. She assisted with mobility, accompanied them to medical appointments, and ensured their comfort and safety at home.

She hands-on support for a fully disabled elderly Ah Gong who was bedridden and unable to walk. She took charge of daily caregiving routines such as tube feeding with careful cleaning afterward, diapering, and regular repositioning to safeguard against bedsores. In addition, she provided massage therapy, administered medication, and maintained hygiene and comfort throughout.
