Yoon Nadi Maung holds a Nurse Aide Certificate and has one year of experience working in Yangon (2022–2023), where she cared for patients with stroke, diabetes, heart problems, and high blood pressure. Her duties included checking vital signs and blood sugar, assisting with feeding (including tube feeding), medication, bathing, diaper changing, repositioning, wheelchair assistance, and toileting.  

She also has two years of experience as a domestic helper in Yangon (2020–2022), working in a two-storey house with a family of four, where she handled childcare for a two-year-old girl, elderly care for an 85-year-old stroke patient, and general household duties such as cleaning, cooking, washing, mopping, and ironing. She is strong in general household work, can cook Myanmar food and simple Chinese dishes, and is willing to learn other cuisines.
