She has more than 15 years of experience in childcare, elderly care, and household management, having worked in Saudi Arabia and Singapore. She is able to converse in daily conversational English.

 

She has extensive childcare experience with three families, caring for children aged 4, 7, and 4.

 

Her elderly care experience spans four employers. She assisted an 82-year-old Ah Mah in post-operative recovery, helping with showering, toilet, dressing, mobility support, daily walks, BP checks, and medication. She supported a 75-year-old Ah Gong after a stroke, providing showering, feeding aid, walking support, and exercise routines. She also cared for an 87-year-old Ah Gong with lung cancer, standing by outside the bathroom to prevent falls, assisting with mobility, managing medication and hospital visits, and preparing healthy meals, clothes, and drinks.

 

Nurlinah is well-versed in housekeeping, having managed both HDB and condo units. Her responsibilities included thorough cleaning, cooking, marketing, and car washing. She ensured cleanliness and order in living spaces, prepared meals, maintained household supplies, and supported daily routines consistently and reliably.

 

She is skilled in cooking Western, Chinese, and Indonesian dishes such as pasta, beef steak, grilled salmon, sweet & sour pork, pork rib soup, rendang, satay, curries, aglio olio, steamed fish, chicken, and pork ribs. She caters to family preferences, prepares healthy meals for the elderly with less oil, sugar, and salt, and cooks nutritious, soft-textured dishes suitable for toddlers. She is confident in balancing taste, health, and variety to meet household needs.
