She has 6 years of overseas experience in Taiwan and Hong Kong, specializing in elderly and disabled care. She is able to converse in simple Mandarin, and has some knowledge of English and Cantonese.

 

Taiwan - Elderly Care She cared for ah gong (stroke patient), assisting with mobility support, medication, showering, diapering, toileting, dressing, and exercise. She also supported 83-year-old ah mah with elderly ailments, clinic visits, medication, exercise, and leisure walks, ensuring comfort and dignity.

 

Hong Kong – Disabled Care She worked for a family of two elderly members: a 70-year-old ah mah (stroke & disabled) and a 75-year-old ah gong (healthy). She assisted ah mah with all activities of daily living including showering, dressing, toileting, feeding, and diapering, while supporting ah gong with light tasks.

 

Cooking Skills She enjoys cooking and prepares a wide range of dishes including pork rib soup, hong sou rou, stir‑fried vegetables, steamed fish, herbal soup, fried fish, porridge, curries, satay, and stew pork ribs. She cooks according to family preferences, adjusting flavors for elderly members with less oil, salt, and sugar, and ensuring softer textures for easier consumption.
