She was an ex-Sin helper from 2015 to 2024; mainly tasked with child care, infant care and elderly care. She accompanied the children to/fro school, be their play mate, and cared for them with undivided attention. She also looked after a frail 89-yo Ah Ma with dementia. She did the household chores meticulously and independently, and cook well for her employers.

Thi Aung is ready to be back at work in Singapore. She would want to continue to have this endearing relationship of caring for the young or the elderly. She is cheerful and hardworking; and is able to take work pressure. She communicates in simple English and some Hokkien; enjoys cooking, though cannot consume beef and pork, is able to handle them.
