She has working experience in Singapore, caring for both children and the elderly. She is able to converse, read, and write simple English, allowing her to communicate effectively with employers and follow daily instructions.  

 

During her childcare employment, Endah cared for children aged 10 and 12, assisting with school preparation and supervising their after-school routines, including lunch, showering, and tuition. She also cared for a family with three children aged 18, 7, and 5, including a 7-year-old autistic boy. Her duties included preparing the children for school, supervising daily activities, and providing attentive after-school care. Through these experiences, she developed patience, responsibility, and confidence in handling children's daily needs. Her responsibilities included administering medication, monitoring blood pressure, changing diapers, assisting with showering, feeding, dressing, toileting, and accompanying him to hospital check-ups. She is familiar with elderly caregiving routines and is able to provide patient and attentive support.

 

She also has experience caring for a 76-year-old Ah Gong who was wheelchair-bound due to stroke and partially paralyzed. Her duties included medication management, blood pressure monitoring, showering, feeding, toileting, dressing, safe transfers, hospital visits, and accompanying him on outings. This experience has equipped her with the skills and confidence to assist persons with mobility limitations and special care needs.

 

Endah enjoys cooking and has experience preparing meals for children, adults, and the elderly. She is able to plan and cook suitable meals according to age, preferences, and dietary requirements. She is familiar with preparing healthier meals with less oil, less sugar, and less salt, as well as soft meals suitable for the elderly. Some dishes she can cook include fried rice, steamed egg, steamed fish, ABC soup, rendang, curry chicken, and sweet and sour prawns. She is also willing to learn new recipes and improve her cooking skills.

 

Endah is motivated to return to Singapore to provide a better future for her young daughter and support her family financially. Her previous Singapore experience has prepared her well to adapt quickly to a new household and meet her employer's expectations.
