One of her employer was an Ah ma, Ah Ma who was mobile. Evangeline only assisted when needed, like for example when she needs to walk as Ah Ma is weak. She feeds, bath, massage, check blood pressure, give medicine on time and bring her to visit doctor. She also did the housework such as cleaning, cooking, ironing, laundry and marketing.
