  She has been working as a domestic helper for almost 19 years. She cleaned the house, washed the clothes, ironed and put them back in the closet, grocery shopping and cooked for them and also, she was required to was a car. She requested to transfer because of the workload, and she cannot have some rest in the day. She is extremely patient with children; she has never raised her voice at our children. She first looked after them when they were aged two and a newborn. Lorna has always maintained a good work routine.
