Marisa is 40 years old, and she has three kids (10, 15, 17). She is from Paranaque City, Philippines. She has experience working abroad as a helper. As a mother of 3, she is confident in looking after newborn babies and young kids. She also has experience looking after infants to young children from her previous Chinese employers in Singapore. She is experienced in all-around household cleaning and laundry. familiar with modern household appliances.
She had extensive cooking experience when she worked overseas alongside two cooks. She can cook Chinese, Arabic, Chinese, and Filipino dishes well, like chicken curry, Japanese curry, stir-fried vegetables, marinated pork, miso pasta, braised white reddish, pesto pasta, roasted chicken, steamed egg, steamed fish, baked fish, bolognese, lasagna, beef stew, Chinese soup, spatzle ( german pasta ) mee sua, macaroni soup with chicken, msoy sauce chicken, adobo pork and chicken, bakuteh, ginger chicken, baked fish, carbonara, miso marinated pan fried pork chop, and she\s very willing to learn and follow new recipes. She speaks and understands English clearly and communicates well with the interviewer. She is okay to have 2 or 4 days off a month. Marissa wishes to continue working in Singapore so that she can support her children in their Studies.
From May 2025 to present. Works for an Austrian Singaporean Couple. Sir is 98 years old and has a heart seizure and an enzyme. Mam is 76 years old. Her duties are to attend to Sir\s daily routine, like meals, give medication, doctor\s appointment, and shower. Condo house, and she helps out the other Filipina with the household chores. Another helper does the marketing and cooking. ROD: Sir has passed away.
From 2025 Feb to May --- Worked for a Chinese family, staying in a condo apartment, serving 4 people, a working couple and 7 and 2 years old, her duties were to take care of the children. especially the youngest one, general housework, cooking, and helping the employer to do the grocery shopping. She has now working for 2 months, but the employer and the employee are not happy, so they have both decided to part ways. She is now looking for a new employer.
From 05 Apr 2020 up to 21 Jul 2024 (4 years and 3 months in SINGAPORE)- She worked for a Chinese family in a 3-story house. She is serving a couple, and she has been taking care of a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old since they were born. She does all the household chores, laundry, car washing, marketing, and cooking. She can cook, and she can follow the recipe book. While she was working in Singapore, she took up a special skills course with bursary aid to upgrade herself, and her previous employer was very supportive. She completed her course in July 2024. Her employer is very supportive of her studies, and she is finishing on 7 July 2024. She completed her contract for 4 years, extended it for 3 months, then went back to the Philippines to be with her family for a little longer.

She is from an Indian Family. Does house chores, cooking, and marketing. Also, take care of 1 dog.
The employer would like to change to an Indian-speaking helper as the grandma has difficulty communicating with Marissa in English.
From 2019 Feb to Nov (Qatar), she worked for a Qatari family in a two-storey bungalow with 13 people (including other helpers, drivers, gardeners, etc). She does all around housework, but her main duty is cooking alongside the 2 main chefs. She left employment because she was being overworked (She was tasked to cook until 1-2 am). She didn\t have enough rest as she had to wake up at 6 am. Working in a 3-story, taking care of 4 and 2 years since birth, doing all the household chores, car washing, laundry, cleaning the house, marketing, and cooking.
From 2018 to 2019 (Philippines), I took care of an 84-year-old bedridden man. She does full assistance such as changing diapers, spoon-feeding, and showering/cleaning in bed. She brings him out with a wheelchair to the garden and also for hospital visits.
The elderly man has many different kinds of medicines. She handles all his prescription medicines with careful instructions, direct from the doctor. The doctor explains the different medicines and dosages when she visits the hospital together. She can read and follow the different medicine labels. REASON: The elderly man unfortunately passed away in January 2019.
From 2014 to 2017 (Qatar), she worked in a 2-storey home looking after 2 kids aged 7 & 9 years old. She did all-around household cleaning and cooking. She finished the contract.
From 2009 to 2013 (Philippines), she worked in a bungalow household looking after a 5-year-old child, and did all-around household cleaning and cooking. She finished the contract.
