She comes from a simple and close-knit family with four siblings, which helped her develop a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork from an early age.
She is a high school graduate and can speak and understand English, allowing her to communicate well with people. Ma. Lourdes is known to be hardworking, patient, and trustworthy. She values honesty and dedication in everything she does. She enjoys taking care of her family and managing household chores, such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and organizing, which she has been doing for years as part of her daily routine.

Her main responsibility was baby care — she gave the baby a bath, cleaned and sterilized feeding bottles, prepared milk, and changed diapers regularly.
In addition to taking care of the baby, Ma. Lourdes also managed all the household chores. She did the general cleaning, washing, ironing, and cooking meals for the family, usually while the baby was asleep. Her experience in this job taught her how to balance childcare and household responsibilities efficiently. She became skilled in maintaining cleanliness and order in the home while ensuring the baby was safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.
From 2022 to 2023, Ma. Lourdes decided to work abroad and was employed by a Qatari family in Qatar. Her employer’s household consisted of 4 children who were already grown-ups at that time. The family lived in a spacious 2-story house with 6 rooms and 5 toilets. She worked together with two other helpers, and they shared the household responsibilities to ensure the entire home was well-maintained.
Her duties included general cleaning, laundry, ironing, and assisting in meal preparation. She also helped organize the house and ensured that all areas were tidy and presentable at all times. Working abroad gave her valuable experience in adjusting to a different culture and work environment.
