  - Can speak simple English. Can speak Malay.
  - She can cook and can follow recipes.
  - She is prepared to look after the aged elderly based on her substantial experience in Singapore.
  - She do not mind working in a huge house.
  - She can come to Singapore to start work anytime upon confirmation of the IPA.
