  She is a kind and hardworking Ex-Singapore maid. She has been working in Singapore for 6 years and 2 months for various employers. She worked for her first employer, a Malay family for 1 year and 5 months in a 5 room HDB flat. She is also in charge of cooking, cleaning, ironing. She worked for them since Jul 2011 in a 5 room HDB flat. The family consists of Ah Ma and Ah Kong. She did cleaning, cooking, as well as taking care of Ah Kong who couldn't walk when she first joined the family. As Ah Kong is gradually becoming healthier and is able to walk, they do not require a maid anymore. Umi will be exiting to Batam on May 3 and she would like to find a new experience with a new employer. Umi can take care of children as she had taken care of her own children before and is able to take care of elderly. She can cook Chinese food and Malay food such as steamed fish, chicken stew, sweet and sour pork, stir-fried vegetables, bubur cha cha. She is willing to learn new recipes as well.
