  1. OMAN (2005-2007), she served a Jordanian family living in a 4-bedroom 3 storey house with a couple and 2 children ages 13 and 10. She worked as an all around housemaid doing household chores, cooking and other house errands as instructed by her employer. She served the family for 2 years.
  
  She knows how to prepare and cook variety of Filipino dishes such as adobo, pakbet, paksiw and sinigang and she also learned simple Arab dishes like kabsa, beryani rice, mashboosh, salata and a lot more.
