Caregiver for epilepsy patient: Agnes helps a 35-year-old patient who has epilepsy with daily activities, such as taking prescribed medication, personal care, and hygiene. She also monitors the patient's behavior and seizures, and provides emotional support and companionship. She follows the patient's health care plan and communicates with medical professionals as needed. She also assists the patient with ambulation and mobility, and accompanies the patient to doctor's appointments and other important places. Caregiver for stroke patient: Agnes cares for a 63-year-old patient who is bedridden after a stroke. She helps the patient with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and changing diapers. She also manages the patient's medication and coordinates health care services. She helps the patient with physical therapy exercises and encourages the patient to maintain and improve learned rehab skills. She provides emotional support for the patient and the family members, and maintains a safe and comfortable home environment. Agnes is a dedicated and supportive assistant caregiver who works in a homecare setting. She assists with personal care with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. She also ensures that the patients are comfortable and have adequate supplies of hygiene products and medical equipment.
