  Apr 2024 to Jan 2025 Anna Grace is working now for a Chinese couple living in spacious 4 storey house with their dog, a samoyed.   Her main chores are to clean, do the laundry, ironing, meal planning weekly, cooking 3 dishes for dinner and walking the dog 3X/ day. She would cook meals like curry chicken, braised chicken ,sesame oil chicken with ginger, fried chicken marinated in prawn paste, roast chicken, Thai basil minced pork, stir fry vegetables. Anna  is looking for a change as she is not able to manage the chores in the employer's house. A written reference is available upon request. She can cook dishes like chicken/vegetable curry, ABC Soup, bakuteh soup, Sichuan soup, misua soup with minced pork,  pork belly w/egg, sweet and sour prawn/fish, steamed fish with tofu, porridge with meat, Singapore Bihon, Hokkien Mee, vegetable salad, pasta , stir fry vegetables etc.
