Experiences
5 months (April 2018 - Sep 2018) as a helper in Singapore.
Juju worked in a 4-bedroom, HDB with 2-toilets for a family of 2 with an 86-year-old male, and she looked after his welfare. She does general housework, do marketing and cooking.
6 months (Sep 2018 - Mar 2019) as a helper in Singapore.
She worked in a 5-bedroom, 4-storey house with 5-toilets for a family of 5 with 3 children age 6-, 3- and 1-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. She does general housework, do marketing, cooking and car washing. She worked together with a co helper.
2 years (May 2022 - May 2024) as a helper in Singapore.
She worked in a HDB with 2-bedrooms and 2-toilets for an 85-year-old male with diabetes, and she looked after his welfare. She does general housework, do marketing and cooking.
Cooking
She cooks Indonesian dishes and some Chinese dishes, keen to learn to cook more Chinese and various other dishes.
Childcare
She is keen to look after infant/children and looked after her own. In Singapore, she washed and cleaned them up, keep company and played with them, shower and change them in fresh clothing, prepared their milk and meals, washed and sterilized feeding bottles, soothed them to sleep, send and fetch them to-and- fro from school, attended to and assisted to their daily needs.
Elderly care
She is keen to look after elderly. In her previous experience, she prepare their meals and fed, transfer from bed to wheelchair and vice versa, change their diaper and clean up after them, administer their medications, accompany them to the hospital for regular check ups, accompany outside for sunlight and relaxation, attended to and assisted with their daily needs and activities.
Hand phone
She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.
2 years contract
She is aware of the 2-year contract.
