Alongside her childcare duties, Rosita prepares dishes like curry, salads, chicken lettuce wraps, schnitzel, and stir-fry chicken. She needed to transfer as her employers no longer required household help. She does childcare responsibilities with household tasks, preparing dishes such as margarita pizza, quiche, fritata,  stir-fry, steamed fish, pasta, and salads.  
  
  Jul 2016 - Jul 2018, Rosita served a French family in a condo, caring for their 3-month-old baby when she arrived. She does feeding, diaper changes, and bathing. In addition to her childcare duties, she maintained the household, doing tasks such as laundry, ironing, and washing dishes. Rosita’s also prepared French dishes like beef bourguignon, crepes, tarte tatin, ratatouille, French onion soup, baguette, and quiche. Rosita went for first aid class and knows CPR for baby and adults. She completed her contract with the family and was recommended to her next employer
  
  July 2014 - July 2016, She joined a Chinese family of 3 adults in a 3 storey house with their 4 dogs. She would do the housekeeping like cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping or wet market, cooking and meal planning; She  can cook sweet and sour pork, home made ngo hiang, steamed seabass, chicken curry, braised pork, home made dumplings, fried rice, , ABC soup, wonton soup, steamed fish and chow mein. Rosita also walks the dog 3X a day. She finished her contract and moved to a new family
  
  Dec 2012 - July 2014 for a Chinese family of 4 adults and an infant living in a 4 room HDB. Her duty is mainly to cook and clean, washing clothes, ironing and keeping an eye on the old lady.  
  
  Feb 2012 - Dec 2012 for a Chinese-Indian family with 3 kids then aged 4mos, 3y, and 4y living in a condo. Her duties were to care for the children and doing the general housework. She asked to leave as the employer and Rosita are not getting along.
