  MADILEN is 49 years old and a single mom of her son 12 years old. Madilen has worked for Indian families for 16 years with 3 employers. She is very confident in taking care of newborn babies, toddlers/young children. She takes pride in her Indian cooking skills. She is very confident, and she is willing to learn other cuisines too. She cooks Chicken rice, nasi lemak, mutton curry, fish curry, chapatti, Biryani, maglooba, marabyan, mumawwash, lentil soup, kabsa, dakous, and if her employer asks her to cook different kinds of dishes, she will search and find the recipe on how to cook them. She is hardworking, trustworthy, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  RECENTLY, she was working for an Indian family in a condo. The family consists of a couple and a 3-year-old child. She did all the household chores. She followed them to India during the festive season for a month. When they got back, she was told that they didn\t need a helper anymore.
  
  Employer 5 19/06/2025 to 09/09/2025- She was working for an Indian family in a condo. She was serving a couple and taking care of a 6-year-old child. She did the cleaning in the house, laundry, grocery shopping, and cooking. The family was hiring a full-time helper. They have decided not to employ a full-time helper because they are not used to it.
  
  Employer 4 11/02/2025 to 19/06/2025- She was working for an Indian family in a condo. She was serving a couple and looking after 6 and 8-year-olds. She does all the household chores, laundry, and assists her employer with the cooking.
  
  ROL: She was transferring because the previous helper was going back to work for them.
  
  Employer 3 05/07/2014 03/01/2019 to 26/11/2024 – She was working for an Indian family in an HDB. She was serving a couple and taking care of a 4-year-old and a 3-month-old baby when she started working. Now they are 14 and 10 years old. She did all the household chores, marketing, cooking, laundry, cleaning the house, washing the dishes, and planning the weekly menu. She ran the house on her own, and she will consult her employer from time to time.
  ROL: She requested to transfer, but her employer was not happy, and they sent her home.
  
  Employer 2 02/07/2010 to 28/08/2012 – She was working for an Indian family in a condo. She was serving a couple and taking care of their 5-year-old girl at the time she started working. Her employer left the house for her to manage as well as take care of their daughter, as they were very busy at work. She did all the household chores, cooking, laundry, grocery shopping, and running errands.
  ROL: The family moved to London
  
  Employer 1, 25/03/2008 to 02/07/2010 – She was working for an Indian family in an apartment. She was serving 2 adults, and she was hired to take care of their newborn baby. Aside from taking care of their newborn baby, she did all the household chores too, such as cleaning the house, cleaning windows, washing the toilets, grocery shopping, and cooking. Her Madam taught her how to cook Indian dishes.
