  May 2018 - May 2021. Abu Dhabi. For a British-French family consisting of an elderly individual with Alzheimer\s disease, a newborn baby, and a 2-year-old toddler. She assisted the primary caregiver with elderly care duties, including feeding, diaper changing, and monitoring medications during the night when the caregiver was off duty. In addition to supporting elderly care, she was responsible for newborn care like bathing, feeding, burping, and putting the baby to sleep. She also managed all household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and regular grocery shopping. Darren prepared a wide variety of meals, such as Indian biryani, Japanese sushi, Italian pasta, Chinese dishes, and Vietnamese spring rolls. She also did car washing.
  
  Mar 2013 to Mar 2015 - Hong Kong. a Chinese family of two adults and a three-year-old child in a small three-bedroom home, where she oversaw both childcare and pet care. Her duties included preparing and serving the child’s meals, bathing, organizing playtime, and handling school drop-offs and pick-ups. She also took care of all household chores—cleaning, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping. In the kitchen, she cooked a variety of dishes such as steamed fish, pork ribs, stir-fried vegetables, soups, hot pot noodles with seafood balls and sliced meat, and fresh green salads.
