  Arlene Gallano Trinidad is an experienced domestic helper with over 4 years of experience in housekeeping and childcare. Arlene has also worked with families in the Middle East, her experience includes caring for children, household chores and cooking. She is willing to work on off days for additional pay and can start immediately.
  
  Apr 2024 - Present. Philippines. Currently employed as a nanny in a three-bedroom landed property, caring for two children aged 15 and 10. In addition to supervising the siblings and ensuring their daily essentials are prepared, she assists them in the mornings and packs their lunchboxes. She is responsible for household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, menu planning, grocery shopping, and marketing. Arlene cooks dishes such as pakbet, adobo, pork sinigang, beef steak, fried rice, paksiw, pochero, pancit bihon, egg with ampalaya, chopsuey, and dinengdeng. She is able to follow recipes from YouTube cooking channels to prepare additional dishes as required.

Saudi Arabia. Arlene worked for an Arabian family residing in a three-storey, 7-bedroom landed property consisting of an elderly couple, one adult, and three children aged 10, 16, and 18. As the sole helper, her responsibilities included childcare such as feeding, bathing, and preparing the children’s daily essentials especially for the youngest. She also managed all household tasks including cooking, cleaning, laundry and ironing. She is experienced in preparing arabic dishe like kabsa, fresh green salad, mulokiyah, hamsa, hummus, shorba. She would also cook fried chicken, mash potato or other dishes they prefer. Arlene also bakes pizza, croissants, cookies and other desserts. During her stay she was able to learn conversational arabic.  Due to the heavy workload and lack of adequate rest, often ironing clothes from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., working until past midnight, and waking at 4 a.m., She got sick and returned home for health reasons.
