  Her spouse is currently not working due to he’s health issues. Pandiyammal wants to come
  to Singapore and earn extra income to support her household needs. She gets up very early in the morning to
  prepare breakfast for her sons to bring to school. After settling them she will leave to work.
  
  Employment: Pandiyammal is currently working for a Chettar family mainly cooking for them. She cooks all
  Vegetarin dishes like sambar, Rasam, Chow Chow, Mandi etc. She prepares Indian deserts like Halwa, Jelabi,
  Laddu, Kesari, Adurasam etc. She can also prepare snacks like Paal Paniyaram, Baji and many more. She is very
  skilful and knowledgeable in cooking. She also cooks for functions and able to cater for more than 100pax.
  
  EA Assessment: During my interview with Pandiyammal, she was very polite, soft spoken and is willing to learn.
  She wants to work in Singapore and promises to give her best. She loves children and can care for newborn
  onwards. She is willing to serve any Family and willing to learn on the preparation and cooking of Singapore
  dishes.
