  Aug 2022 - Mar 2025 - Saudi. For a Saudi family residing in a two-bedroom condominium with 2 adults and one child aged three. Her responsibilities include full household management, including general cleaning, laundry, and ironing. She also assisted with meal preparation and cooking, regularly preparing traditional dishes such as kabsa, shawarma, marag, machboos, and mulukiyah. In addition to her housekeeping duties, Elizabeth provided childcare like bathing, feeding, engaging in playtime, and supervising the child’s daily routines. She also handled other tasks as required by the household. Elizabeth completed her contract successfully.
  
  May 2019 - Jan 2021. Saudi. For a Saudi family consisting of five adults and three children aged 7, 5, and 1, residing in a 3 bedroom villa. Her responsibilities included household management such as general cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal preparation. She assisted her employer’s wife in cooking various Middle Eastern and Asian dishes, including mulukhiyah, kabsa, shawarma, kebab, biryani, curry, and marag. In addition to housekeeping, Elizabeth supported childcare duties, like feeding the children, helping with hygiene routines, and preparing them for school. The eldest child attended school and, along with the younger siblings, was regularly brought to and fetched from the grandparents’ home. Elizabeth ensured the children were clean and ready for the day and maintained their clothing and personal belongings. She also took responsibility for pet care. However, she was unable to complete her contract and requested a transfer. The employer\s wife frequently assigned her to clean additional residences, including those of extended family members, which resulted in physical exhaustion and made it difficult for her to cope with the workload and lifestyle demands.
  
  Elizabeth likes to cook Filipino dishes such as adobo, menudo, pancit beejon, spring roll, fried rice, tinola, lechon kawali, stir fry vegetables, bitter gurd with egg and more. She is available for video conference anytime with prior notice.
