  May 2023 - Aug 2024. Singapore. For a Chinese family of four adults residing in a 4-bedroom landed property. She was responsible for household duties, including cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, ironing, and gardening. In addition to these tasks, she provided elderly care and full-time support to a 22-year-old family member with autism. Her caregiving responsibilities included assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and managing school drop-offs and pick-ups. Mary Rose prepared Chinese and Western meals, such as stir-fried vegetables, steamed vegetables or pork, tofu, pork stew, noodle soup, lasagna, homemade burger patties and dishes the family prefers. She ended her employment due to personal family emergency.
  
  May 2016 - May 2021. Saudi. For an Arab family residing in a three-storey, ten-bedroom mansion with garden and indoor pool. The household consisted of 6 adults and 1 child aged five. Her tasks included childcare, general housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing, and garden maintenance. She also prepared Arabic foods including samosa, molokiya, fried prawns, kebab, salona, tabouleh, and bechamel-based dishes. She finished her contract.
  
  May 2015 - Jan 2016. Singapore. For a Chinese family of 3 adults, 3 children, and a newborn, residing in a 3-bedroom HDB flat. Her responsibilities included infant and childcare, housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, and ironing. She cooked Chinese dishes such as stir-fried vegetables, braised pork, stir-fried noodles, steamed meat or fish with vegetables, sambal prawns, congee with chicken and century egg, tofu dishes, fried rice, sweet and sour dishes, spring roll, congee and dishes preferred by the family. In addition, she assisted her employer\s adult sister, who lived in the same household, doing her personal errands like handling her laundry, ironing, and meal preparation. She requested transfer as she cannot fit in with employers\ lifestyle.
  
  May 2013 - Jun 2015. Saudi. For an Arab family of 8 adults and six children aged 3, 9, 14, 16, and 22, residing in an eight-bedroom, three-storey landed house. She worked alongside another helper, with her main task was to look after the youngest child including housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry and ironing. Mary Rose learned how to prepare Arabic dishes such as kabsa, hummus, vegetable bechamel gratin, falafel, waraq areesh, chicken and mushroom bechamel, tabbouleh, curry, salona, kuboos.She completed her contract.
