She prepared a variety of dishes such as biryani, machboos, maqlouba, kushari, and pasta. Cathy requested a transfer due to the employer’s failure to provide her with adequate food.
  
  Jan 2014 - Sep 2025. Saudi Arabia. Cathy worked for a Saudi family residing in a villa, which accommodated a large household of 4 adults and 4 children, including newborns and toddlers. The primary family consisted of a couple with three children, aged 5 and 7, along with an adult child living in the same household with their own family, which included a toddler and a 3-month-old baby at the time Cathy joined. Her responsibilities covered a wide range of household tasks, including general cleaning, laundry, ironing, preparing meals. She regularly cooked traditional Arabic dishes such as fatayer, biryani, warak enab, kabsa, falafel, mulukhiyah, humus, and other meals requested by the family. Cathy was also entrusted with the care of infants and toddlers. Her childcare duties involved feeding, bathing, changing diapers, burping, putting babies to sleep, and supervising playtime. She provided hands-on care for the youngest members of the household. Cathy successfully completed her contract.
  
  Jan 2009 - Sep 2013 Abu Dhabi. For an Emirati family residing in a condominium, consisting of 5 adults and 4 children aged 10, 12, 15, and 18. Her responsibilities included general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and assisting in the kitchen alongside the family\s designated cook.Her primary focus was on childcare, where she supported the children\s daily routines. This included preparing their breakfast, assisting with school essentials, feeding, and helping them settle down for sleep. She finished her contract and moved on to her next role.
