  Maria Catalina Daigan Navarro is a 39-year-old college graduate, with experience in elderly care in Singapore. The household also included another domestic helper.  Her primary responsibility was providing care to the 64-year-old elderly woman diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and who was bedridden. She administered personal care and support, including bathing, assisting with physical exercises, preparing meals, feeding via NGT, managing catheter drainage, handling laundry, and ensuring the patient's overall comfort.
