She completed her secondary education at Mangaldan National High School in 2017. The family consisted of a couple and an elderly couple aged 60 and 62, both of whom were mobile. Alicia was responsible for cleaning the 3-bedroom bungalow, doing the laundry, marketing, and daily cooking. This experience gave her solid practical knowledge in managing a household independently. She is experienced in preparing meals, feeding, bathing, dressing, and engaging in play with young ones. She ensures both the safety and emotional well-being of the children in her care.
Alicia takes pride in her ability to cook a variety of Filipino dishes and is eager to learn foreign cuisines. She can follow recipes well and is open to improving her culinary skills further. In addition to childcare and housekeeping, she is also willing to do gardening, car washing, and pet care.
She is confident in handling domestic responsibilities because she practices them daily at home. To prepare for overseas employment, Alicia will undergo training to earn the Domestic Work NC II Certificate and complete a week-long In-House Private Training in Manila (TESDA-accredited). This training includes modules on cleaning, laundry, and ironing to further equip her with the skills needed for domestic work abroad.
