The cancer patient has his own private doctor and nurse to do all necessary treatment and medicines to be injected into her. She is only assisting the nurse or the doctor as she needs to assists the patient to do toileting, bathing, and more. The family is staying in 3 stories landed property and she needs to share the household chores too.

Every weekend the grandchildren of her employers were sleeping over with them. She needs to take care of them too and she also does cooking cleaning, marketing, and laundry.
