While pursuing her studies, she managed her household responsibilities which included general housekeeping—cleaning all areas of the home, handling laundry, ironing, and assisting with marketing and grocery shopping. She prepares Filipino dishes, such as sinigang (pork, beef, or shrimp), adobo (chicken or pork), caldereta (pork or beef), sweet and sour chicken, beef with broccoli, grilled chicken and seafood, pancit bihon, spring rolls, fried rice, and porridge. She can follow recipes from cookbooks to prepare other meals. In addition to cooking, she received formal training in Cookery through the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and She bakes cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and various other pastries.
