  Introduction : Hoi Nei Theng had worked in Singapore for a total of 10 years 3 months as s domestic helper.  Her main duties were to handle the daily general housework like vacuuming , sweep & mop the floor, clean the bathrooms & toilets , wash & iron clothes, cooking and marketing.   In addition, when the children were younger she had to take care of them and a dog.   She had learnt and can cook  Western dishes like spaghetti bolognese or aglio olio syle, roast chicken, salads, pork chops, beef steak and Korean dishes like kimchi, bulgogi, soft toufu stew and more.
