Despite the presence of CCTV in the home, Umratullah upheld a high standard of integrity, trust, and professionalism throughout her employment. Communication was smooth and effective, as she was able to converse confidently in English, including coordinating tasks via WhatsApp with our family. I am confident that she would be a tremendous asset to any household, particularly for those requiring eldercare or independent domestic management.
2025: Currently she is working 2 months with a Chinese family living in a flat.
