Despite not having formal training in elderly care, Jeany monitored the elderly lady’s blood sugar and blood pressure and administering her prescribed medications. She also managed her personal essentials, such as doing laundry, ironing clothes, and preparing daily meals. Typical dishes she prepared included milk and cereals for breakfast, as well as kabsa, pumpkin soup, shorba, pasta, broccoli soup, pizza, and mulokiyah. Her employment ended due to unpaid salary.
