  Nwet Zar Li is married with a teenage son. She is a Buddhist and has High School education. She has 2 elder brothers and her father had passed on. Her husband is a taxi-driver.
  
  She was a helper in Myanmar from 2014 to 2017, tasked with household chores, cooking and marketing. She left to work as a factory worker for the higher income, but subsequently stopped working to look after her stroke-stricken mother who is wheelchair-bound. Prior to her employments, she was a homemaker, looking after her new born son, did the housekeeping and cooking.
  
  Zar Li is humble, down-to-earth and caring. She is mindful of the expectations from the employers and is taking her training seriously. She can look after infants and young children, as well as the frail elderly. She is patient and respectful; communicates in simple English and is a non-fussy eater.
