  From 2009 until 2012, Cherilyn worked as a domestic helper in Singapore for a Chinese family with two children, a newborn baby boy and a 5-year-old girl. They were living in a four-story house with four bedrooms and three toilets. She was the only helper in the household and her main responsibility was to look after the children, especially the newborn baby boy. Her duties included bathing the baby, changing diapers, and assisting the older child with toileting. In addition to childcare, she also managed the household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and gardening.
  
  From 2012 until 2013, Cherilyn continued her employment in Singapore with another Chinese family who had two children, an 11-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy. They stayed in a condominium with three bedrooms and one toilet. She was again the only helper and her responsibilities included looking after the children and handling the daily household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and marketing.
  
  From 2013 until 2025, Cherilyn has been working as a domestic helper in Singapore for a Chinese family with two children. When she started, she was entrusted to care for their 2-week-old baby boy, and after several years, her employer gave birth to a newborn baby girl whom she also took care of. She was responsible for all aspects of childcare including bathing, diaper changing, preparing and sterilizing milk bottles, giving medicine when needed, and ensuring the children’s overall well-being. Alongside childcare, she also managed the household chores including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
