RemoveFilipino maidNew maidEnglish SpeakingUpd on 31-10-2025Filipino maid:KAREN MAY S.
Maid Agency: 1st Allbest Human Resource Pte Ltd
She describes herself as a responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy person who always ensures that her duties are done properly. Growing up in the province has taught her the importance of patience, respect, and diligence—qualities that she applies to her daily life and work. She is family-oriented, caring, and dependable, with a genuine love for helping others.
Karen May is also organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing household tasks efficiently, such as cleaning, cooking, and maintaining order at home. Her experience raising her own children has given her a strong foundation in childcare and household management. With her positive attitude and willingness to learn, she is confident in adapting to new environments and responsibilities. In the beginning, she worked alongside another Indonesian helper, but after five months, the other helper left, and Karen May became solely responsible for managing all the household duties. Her employer lived in a spacious three-story landed house with several rooms and five toilets.
Karen May’s responsibilities included general cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and childcare. She maintained the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire house, ensured that the children’s clothes and school needs were properly prepared, and assisted in meal preparation for the whole family.
Throughout her employment, Karen May demonstrated dedication, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently. Her experience in Malaysia strengthened her skills in time management, household organisation, and adaptability to different family environments and cultures.
From 2015 to 2019, she worked in Saudi Arabia for an Arabic family. Her male employer had three wives and a total of 16 children. All three wives lived together in a large five-story house with 20 rooms and 20 toilets. Karen May worked alongside five other helpers, each assigned to assist one of the wives and their children. Karen May was assigned to the third wife, where she was responsible for maintaining cleanliness, caring for the children, and managing daily household routines.
Her duties included general cleaning, laundry, ironing, childcare, cooking, and baking. She made sure the assigned areas of the house were always tidy and organised, prepared clothes and uniforms for the children, and assisted in meal preparation. Karen May also helped in baking bread and pastries for the family, showing her versatility in the kitchen.
During her four years of employment, she proved herself to be hardworking, trustworthy, and adaptable to a large household setting. Working in a multi-helper and multi-family environment taught her how to coordinate tasks efficiently, respect cultural differences, and maintain good teamwork and communication with her co-workers. The family lived in an apartment with three rooms and two toilets. Karen May was the only helper in the household, so she was fully responsible for managing all household duties and ensuring that everything was well-organised and properly maintained.
Her daily tasks included general cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and childcare. She prepared nutritious meals for the family, kept the house neat and tidy, and ensured that the children were well cared for. She assisted them with their daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and preparing their school things.
Karen May’s time in Hong Kong allowed her to further improve her skills in multitasking and time management. Despite being the only helper, she was able to handle all responsibilities efficiently. Her employer trusted her with the household and children, showing that she is reliable, hardworking, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.SkillsLanguage Skills English And Tagalog Evaluation
