  While waiting for overseas employment, Michelle runs a home-based baking business, creating customized cakes and pastries for birthdays and special occasions. This has not only supplemented her income but also honed her skills in the kitchen and customer service.
  
  Her experiences are:
  
  Parlor Assistant (2010 – 2011) Michelle worked as a parlor assistant, where she gained experience in personal grooming services, customer interaction, and maintaining cleanliness and order in a small business setting. This role sharpened her interpersonal skills and work discipline.
  
  Domestic Helper – Philippines (2020 – 2025) For five years, Michelle worked as a full-time domestic helper for a relative’s family living in a two-storey, four-bedroom house. Michelle took on the role of primary caregiver, responsible for feeding, bathing, changing diapers and clothes, and ensuring the children's safety and well-being. She also managed general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and organizing the home.
  
  Her experience with infants and toddlers has made her confident in handling the daily care routines of young children. She also incorporated basic educational play and supervision into the children’s routines, demonstrating her nurturing approach. She is eager to learn new international cuisines to meet her future employer’s preferences.
  
  Michelle is well-versed in general housework, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organizing. She has experience managing daily routines in busy households.
  
  Michelle is currently based in the Philippines and is ready for overseas employment. While she manages her home-based business, her main goal is to provide better opportunities for her family by working abroad. She is available for a phone interview upon request, and all necessary documentation will be completed in accordance with Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) regulations once selected.
