  Introduction: Vanlalchhandami has gained her experience as a helper in her home country for 2 years 6 months (2022-2025). Her main job then was take care Ah Gong of her employer (100 yrs old), give medicine, measure blood pressure, changing diaper, help to bath, cook and feed him. She likes to take care children hence she knows how to change diaper/clothes, give medicines/vitamins, sing song, play  and  bring them into asleep.
