  Introduction: Naw Aye Phaw May has experience as helper in her home country for 3 years with children care and elderly care with 1 employer. For elderly she is doing such as assisting with daily personal care (e. g. bathing, dressing, grooming), administering or reminding to take medication on time, accompanying the elderly to medical appointments or for walks and assisting with toileting and diaper changes etc. In addition to caregiving, she also managed general household chores such as sweeping, mopping, laundry, ironing, and cleaning bathrooms, grocery shopping and daily cooking for the family.
