  Introduction: Nandar Kyaw has prior experience as helper in Singapore for 1 year 5 months. Her duty is to take care of elderly such as assisting with personal hygiene (showering, toileting), preparing and serving meals according to dietary requirements, assisting with mobility and walking and accompanying the elderly to medical appointments or for walks.  In addition to caregiving, she also managed general household chores such as sweeping, mopping, laundry, ironing, and cleaning bathrooms, grocery shopping and daily cooking for the family.
